WHAT IS ROOF CLEANING?

Roof cleaning is a process that is approved by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA) to remove the black streaks and moss from your roof. We apply our proprietary cleaning solution using our soft wash system on your roof. This is the only approved method of cleaning that will allow you to maintain the warranty of your roof.

WHAT IS SOFT WASHING?

Soft washing is an approved method to gently clean mold, mildew, lichen, and other organic growth typically found on the exterior of a home. Our soft wash technique only uses 60-150 psi. This prevents damage to siding, gutters, windows, and plants.
